On June 28, 2013, Alcoa Inc. issued a press release announcing its intention to permanently close its Fusina, Italy primary aluminum smelter, which has been curtailed since June 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
