Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 27, 2013, Commercial Metals Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2013. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
