Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 25, 2013, Daegis Inc. (the “Company” or “Daegis”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ending April 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
