Form of Awards
On June 21, 2013, the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors adopted a new form of award agreement for use in connection with grants of service-based restricted stock under the 1996 Stock Incentive Plan or the Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Stock Incentive Plan for the purpose of attracting and retaining certain new employees of the Company. A copy of the form of award agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
