NEW YORK, N.Y. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- June 19, 2013 -- Corporate Resource Services, Inc. (OTCBB:CRRS), a diversified technology, staffing, recruiting, and consulting services firm, today announced that it has acquired Personnel Solutions in Mason City, Iowa.
