On June 20, 2013, Deborah H. Alderson, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SRA International, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Company”) resigned from the Company.
Ms. Alderson’s resignation from the Company was not tendered in connection with any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company.
