On June 19, 2013, the Board of Directors of the registrant accepted the resignation of A.L. Giannopoulos as an employee of the registrant; Mr. Giannopoulos has elected to retire as an employee of the Company effective June 30, 2013. Mr. Giannopoulos will continue to serve as a member and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the registrant.
