As filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, on June 24, 2013, Eastman Kodak Company (the “Company”) amended its proposed procedures for the offering of rights to purchase shares of common stock of the reorganized Company upon its emergence from chapter 11 (the “Rights Offerings”). Pursuant to the amendment, eligibility to purchase certain shares offered pursuant to the Rights Offerings will be determined as of June 17, 2013, as amended from the previous eligibility date of April 30, 2013.
The securities offered pursuant to the Rights Offerings have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements.
