Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 24, 2013, Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc. (formerly known as Cole Credit Property Trust III, Inc.) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been selected for inclusion in the MSCI U.S. REIT Index (RMS/RMZ), and that, on June 21, 2013, MSCI announced that the Company would be added to the index following the market close on July 3, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
