PharMerica Corporation (the “Company”) has been informed by Kindred Healthcare that it is not renewing the Company’s contract for skilled nursing pharmacy services when the current contract expires on December 31, 2013.
The Company provides hospital pharmacy management services to Kindred’s hospitals under a separate contract that continues through 2014.
