On June 20, 2013, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Company”), the holding company for Astoria Federal Savings and Loan Association, issued an 8-K with a declaration date for the dividends on its 6.5% Series C Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred incorrectly stated as July 19, 2013. The declaration date should have read June 19, 2013. The record date of June 30, 2013 and the payable date of July 15, 2013 remain the same. |
