On June 20, 2013, MRC Global Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s U.S. operating subsidiary, McJunkin Red Man Corporation, has been awarded a five year extension to their integrated supply agreement with NiSource (NYSE: NI) for the supply of pipe, valve and fitting products (PVF) and supply chain services to NiSource’s pipeline, distribution and midstream businesses. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
