Item 8.01 Other Information.
On June 19, 2013, Great Southern Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Great Southern Bank, issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $.18 per common share, payable on July 11, 2013 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
