Effective June 13, 2013, Global Casinos, Inc., (the “Company”) as the sole Manager of Doc Holliday Casino II, LLC (“Doc Holliday”) announced that it has closed Doc Holliday Casino located in Central City, Colorado. A press release announcing the closure was made on June 17, 2013.
