On June 12, 2013, Avaya Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from J. Joel Hackney, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Cloud Solutions, of the Company, that he would be terminating his employment effective on or about June 19, 2013. Mr. Hackney’s responsibilities currently are expected to be transitioned to an internal candidate.
