On June 17, 2013, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will release its second quarter 2013 financial results on Thursday August 1, 2013 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday, August 2, 2013, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the announcement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
