Item 8.01.  Other Events.

On June 14, 2013, the Company received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) notifying the Company that it had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under the NASDAQ listing standards.  During the period between and including May 31, 2013 and June 13, 2013, the Company’s common stock closed at $13.50 or higher.  NASDAQ also confirmed that the Company is in compliance with all other applicable requirements for listing on The NASDAQ Global Market.
