On June 13, 2013, American Tower Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its intention to seek to raise approximately $1.0 billion in a new unsecured revolving credit facility, which will, among other things, replace its existing $1.0 billion unsecured credit facility entered into in April 2011. A copy of the Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
