On June 12, 2013, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that a decision had been rendered by the arbitrator in the Company’s arbitration matter with CTS Eventim AG in the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. A copy of that press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
