Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 11, 2013, we issued a news release announcing that we have submitted our application to the Arizona State Land Department ("ASLD") to convert our mineral exploration permits to mineral leases. Concurrently with our application we have also submitted our Mineral Development Report, which is required by the ASLD for all mining operations on Arizona State Trust lands.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
