On June 6, 2013, Finjan Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing the anticipated change of the ticker symbol for its common stock to “FNJN”, which is scheduled to take effect on Tuesday, June 11, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
