Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 6, 2013, First NBC Bank Holding Company, a Louisiana corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the exercise of the over-allotment option by the underwriters of the Company’s previously announced initial public offering of common stock (the “Offering”). A copy of the June 6, 2013 press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
