Atlas Delists from the TSX Venture Exchange

Chicago, Illinois (June 4, 2013) - Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFH; TSX.V: AFH) (“Atlas” or the “Company”) announced today that it is has obtained approval to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”). The Company's ordinary shares will continue to trade on NASDAQ and will be delisted from the TSXV effective the close of business on June 5, 2013.
