Appointment of Chief Technology Officer
On May 30, 2013, Audience, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Dr. Alexis Bernard as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer.
The press release issued by the Company on May 30, 2013 announcing Dr. Bernard’s appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
