Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 30, 2013, the Company's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The quarterly dividend will be paid on September 3, 2013 to stockholders of record on August 12, 2013. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
