After market close on May 30, 2013, Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) received a purchase order from a new customer that manufactures recreational vehicles for 35 of its dealerships. This approximately $145,000 order represents $92,000 in hardware, $21,000 in software and $32,000 for professional fees and hosting services. When combined with a prior order for $60,000 for development content to be displayed inside the dealerships, orders from this new customer during the second quarter of 2013 total $205,000. The Company expects to deliver and install the foregoing materials over the next 90 days.
