On May 29, 2013 the Registrant issued a press release that announced the positive results of a new preliminary feasibility study and an increase in reserves of 44% to 5.9 million ounces of gold for its Mt. Todd Gold Project in Northern Territory, Australia. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
