Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

On May 29, 2013, Hastings Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved four proposals. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26, 2013. The final voting results with respect to each proposal voted upon at the Annual Meeting are set forth below.

 

Proposal 1 Election of two directors for terms expiring in 2016.
