On May 31, 2013, Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its board of directors authorized the payment of a $0.11 per share quarterly cash dividend on its issued and outstanding common stock, payable June 28, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2013.
A copy of the press release is furnished as part of this Form 8-K and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
