On May 31, 2013, Michael B. Hiney, Chief Accounting Officer of Constellation Energy Partners LLC (the “Company”), resigned from the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Hiney for his service to the Company.
In the second quarter of 2013, the Company expects to incur a one-time expense of approximately $250,000 associated with Mr. Hiney’s resignation.
Mr. Charles C. Ward, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will assume the duties of the Chief Accounting Officer on an interim basis.
