On May 30, 2013, Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) received a purchase order for approximately 230 screens and related hardware and software from an existing customer in the food service industry. Of the approximately $452,000 purchase order, $265,000 was for the purchase of hardware, $110,000 was for the purchase of software and $77,000 was for technical services and annual hosting and support. The Company expects to deliver and install the foregoing materials in the next 90 days.
