On May 29, 2013, Jerome L. Trojan, III submitted his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). Such resignation will become effective as of a date to be determined by Mr. Trojan and the President of the Company, which is expected to be not later than June 14, 2013.
