tw telecom inc. announced on May 29, 2013 that it is redeeming all of its outstanding of 2.375% Convertible Senior Debentures due 2026, pursuant to the redemption right in the indenture governing the 2026 Debentures. The Company's press release dated May 29, 2013 is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and its contents are incorporated herein by reference.
