On May 29, 2013, Neutral Tandem, Inc. d/b/a Inteliquent (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized and declared a special one-time cash dividend of $1.25 per outstanding share of common stock (the “Special Dividend”) and a regular quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per outstanding share of common stock (the “Quarterly Dividend”). The payment date for the Special Dividend is June 28, 2013 and the record date for the Special Dividend is the close of business on June 14, 2013. The payment date for the Quarterly Dividend is June 24, 2013 and the record date for the Quarterly Dividend is the close of business on June 10, 2013.
