On May 29, 2013, Avago Technologies Limited (“Avago” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2013, ended May 5, 2013. The Company will host an investor conference call on May 29, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time to discuss these results.
