On May 23, 2013, Sport Chalet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
