Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 28, 2013, Post Holdings, Inc. (“Post”) issued a press release announcing that Attune Foods, LLC (f/k/a Post Acquisition Sub I, LLC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Post, has completed the acquisition of the branded and private label cereal, granola and snacks business of Hearthside Food Solutions, LLC. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
