MGPA Advisory (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (MGPA Advisory) is a subadvisor for Global Income Trust, Inc. (the Company), and currently provides asset management and other advisory services to the Company relating to its assets in Germany. MGPA Advisory is an affiliate of MGPA Limited, a private real estate investment advisory firm focused on Europe and Asia (MGPA). On May 21, 2013, MGPA announced that it had entered into an agreement to be acquired by New York-based BlackRock, Inc. (BlackRock). The announcement indicated that the acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013, subject to various regulatory approvals. The Company anticipates little, if any, disruption from the transaction, and MGPAs role as a subadvisor to the Company is not expected to change. BlackRock is the worlds largest asset manager, overseeing $3.9 trillion.
