Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend
DES MOINES, Iowa (May 23, 2013) – EMC Insurance Group Inc. (NASDAQ OMX/GS:EMCI) (the “Company”) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock payable June 11, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 4, 2013. This is the one hundred and twenty-sixth consecutive quarterly dividend declared since EMC Insurance Group Inc. became a publicly held company in February 1982.
