On May 23, 2013, Joanne Bradford, Demand Media, Inc.'s Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, resigned effective May 31, 2013.

On May 23, 2013, Demand Media, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the resignation of Ms. Bradford as described in Item 5.02 of this Form 8-K. A copy of the Company's press release is furnished with this Form 8-K and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
