Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 22, 2013, PetSmart, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the first quarter ended May 5, 2013, entitled “PETSMART REPORTS RESULTS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER 2013.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
