On May 20, 2013, Life Partners Holdings, Inc. (“we”) issued a press release announcing that our annual meeting of shareholders would be held on Monday, August 5, 2013, for shareholders of record as of June 6, 2013. We expect to mail our annual report and proxy statement to shareholders on or about June 26, 2013.
