ITEM 8.01 Other Events. Capstone Companies, Inc. (formerly “CHDT Corporation”) (“Company”) conducted a webcast/teleconference on May 15, 2013 to review financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013 (as reported in the Form 10-K report filed with the Commission on May 14, 2013). A transcript of Company statements is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report. Attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.2, is a Press Release concerning the financial results for the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2013 and released by the Company on May 15, 2013.
