Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 16, 2013, TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary, unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
