Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 17, 2013 Stage Stores, Inc. (the "Company") issued a News Release reporting its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended May 4, 2013. Additionally, the Company reaffirmed full year 2013 sales and earnings guidance. A copy of the News Release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.
