The annual meeting (the “Annual Meeting”) of the shareholders of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (the “Company”) was held on May 15, 2013.  23,289,643 shares of common stock were outstanding on the record date for the Annual Meeting (March 18, 2013) and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
