On May 15, 2013, Selway Capital Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the financial results of Healthcare Corporation of America, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
