ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 11, 2013, Derace L. Schaffer, M.D. notified American CareSource Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) that he does not intend to stand for re-election as director of the Company. On May 15, 2013, Kenneth S. George informed the Company of his resignation as director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately.
