Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 16, 2013, Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. issued a press release confirming the results of one clinical trial participant in a clinical investigation of our retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells derived from human embryonic stem cells.
