ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2013, New Source Energy Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
